Q. 13) Can I track my order?

A. You can't track the exact status of your order but you can see if it has been processed yet: 25% order placed, 50% pre-order, 75% being processed, card payment taken and packing, 100% item dispatched. If you want to know the precise status of your order i.e. how far it is from being shipped then please either call us on 0845 305 6000 or email sales@thecollectorzone.com and make sure you have the order reference number to quote. We will then be able to tell you the status.
